Cover Shot & Tails Of The World Book
April was an exhilarating month highlighted by the publication of a couple of images. Let me kick things off by sharing the rewarding news of being approached yet again to feature another image on the front cover of Dorset Magazine. Additionally, the image of Dennis, part of my Tails of The World - Mini Sessions Wiltshire project, graced the pages of publications this April.
Tails Of The World Book II also came into my hands in April. In case you haven't seen my social posts about the project, I'll give you a quick run down.
What is Tails of the World?
Created by Caitlin J. McColl, Tails of the World is a fundraising project with a group of international pet photographers. Last spring was the beginning of making a second collaborative coffee table book, featuring dog portraits from around the globe. The vision was be able to use this book to raise funds for pets in need. Each photographer created a fundraiser with 10 limited edition mini photoshoots. The session fee was donated to the photographer's chosen charity and one image per session is featured in the Tails of the World book. I represented Wiltshire in the second Tails of the World book. My Mini Sessions took place between May - July and was held at various locations around Wiltshire. The session fee was donated to Bath Cats and Dogs Home - we raised £635!
Thank you to all the amazing participants, we raised £635 for @bathcdh ❤️ A big thank you to @sbrewin__photography for filming the majority of the behind the scenes, helping support & plan all the sessions and for my headshot, couldn’t have done it without you 😘 Thank you @eddscott for your camera skills during the last session! The booked is filled with gorgeous dog images from all around the world, the perfect coffee table book for all dog enthusiasts and is a great gift idea too.
