British Photography Awards 2019
Shortlisted - 4th November
I know, I know... you've seen this image a few times! I have to admit, it's one of my favourite images I've taken. Which makes me even more happy to announce that it's been shortlisted in the British Photography Awards for the pet category!
They have changed the layout of the competition this year. There is a public vote for the shortlisted images in each category. This if for the 'People's Choice Award'. The winning images will still be chosen by judges.
The top 4 photographers from each category will be invited to the awards ceremony at the Savoy in London on the 28th January. Only then we will find out the results. The 4 awards are winner, two runners up and People's Choice.

On Monday 28th January, On Monday, Edd and I traveled to London for a wonderful evening at the Savoy for the British Photography Awards ceremony. I was delighted to find out that my image 'Lavender Princesses' made it to the top four of its category a couple months ago!
I'm pleased to tell you that my image received the People's Choice Award. Thank you so, so much everyone for voting for my photo, truly grateful! We had a very memorable evening, surrounded by amazing talent such as CatsDog Photography who received Runner Up for the competition for her fantastic image Amsterdam Adventure.
