Beautiful Bella

Bella is a very sweet, 13 year old Chocolate Labrador and we visited her home for a portrait session last month. At the beginning of the year, I mentioned that I'm not currently taking on any bookings until March as I'm working on some exciting new changes and projects. However, Bella's mum received a gift voucher for Christmas and it was important for us to book her session as soon as we could. Despite her health, Bella was full of spirit during her photoshoot.

After some portraits in the garden, we went to a field where Bella is often taken for walks. It was on a slight hill with a stunning view of their town. Although it was early afternoon, there was a slight orange glow in the sky. I was able to enhance this for a sunset look. I didn’t want to tire Bella out too much so we didn’t want to travel too far. I’m so happy with the results though and she gave me a lot to work with. You can tell that Bella is besotted with her owner, she gazed at her the whole time!
